Meet the Owner

Welcome! It's so nice to meet you. I'm Ava, a passionate nanny and owner of Nestled. After over 7 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, I've found my passion in creating a space where children and families can feel safe and nurtured. 

I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. In addition to being a nanny, I work as a part-time doula and now owner of Nestled. Aside from work, I am taking steps to pursue a career in lactation consulting so I can further support new families. Away from work you will find me outdoors, with a good book, or spending time with those close to me.

My approach to childcare includes creating a warm, safe, and fun space where your littles can be their authentic selves. I created Nestled because I've seen what the impact of quality child care can have on a family. I have made it my goal to help families to find the perfect care, nestled right in their homes. I'm so excited to help you on this journey!
