Nestled Care Services
Nanny Placement Service
Our Process for Nannies
Step 1. A nanny will fill out an application and within a few days from the application will be contacted about the next steps. From there a phone call and interview will take place. This allows Nestled to get to know a nanny at a deeper level to best place you with a family.
Step 2.Once the phone call takes place, thats when the match process starts! You will recieve an email containing more information about your role in the match process, best practices for when you connect with families, and a nanny style quiz.

Step 3. Within the first week, Nestled will be able to connect with you about the next steps for connecting with a family. You will either be put in direct contact with a family who matches your exact criteria, or you will be on standby for a family who puts in an application.
Step 4. Once a family has reviewed your resume, they will let Nestled know if they would like to move forward with the interview process. You will be notified, and then be connected with them through Nestled. You and the family will schedule arrangements to speak and determine if you would be a good fit for the family under Nestled's guidance. .
Step 5. After a phone call and meet and greet arranged between family and nanny, both sides will let Nestled know if they would like to proceed with a match. Once agreed on, Nestled will be contacted and the next steps of finalizing your match will take place.
Step 6. Enjoy time with your new family!
Our match process for Nannies is dedicated for those who have a passion for childcare to find a position they love. Including getting you certified in basic certifications, our goal is to craft a match that feels like home.

Nanny Q&A's
Q. Does Nestled take a part of my pay like an angecy?
A. No we do not. Unlike an agency, Nestled is a placement service only. You are paid by the families directly, and are responsible for 100% of what you make from the families.
Q. How long does the match process usually take?
A. It depends. If you are recruited through Nestled to be matched with a specific family, the process take about 1-2 weeks start to finish. If you are looking to be matched but there are no placements that fit your criteria, the process can take over 2 weeks.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. The family you are placed with pays you directly. When meeting with families for the first time, we encourage both sides to determine payment rate, payment method, and other decisions around payment. Nestled provides market rate suggestions, but do not finalize any decisions financially.
Q. Do I owe anything to be matched?
A. No! Infact Nestled will pay for your background check and CPR certification if not already completed.
