About Our Nannies
Our Nannies are the heart of what makes Nestled amazing. At Nestled, your child’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.We carefully vet each caregiver to ensure they meet our high standards, giving you confidence that your little one is in knowledgeable, responsible, and caring hands. Below is our process to choose nannies to connect with families.
Background Checks: Each Nanny is Background Checked before being matched with a family to esnure safety, comfortability, and trust early on in the match process
CPR Certifications: Each Nanny completes a CPR certification to ensure readiness for every and any situation, as well as to ensure child safety.
Educational Class: Nannies are required to have or complete an educational certification. This ca include a college course, teaching certification, or a choice of a developmental class offered by Nestled
Interviews: Nannies are interviewed via phone call as well as in person to get to know the nanny on a personal level, to esnure comfortability when connecting them with families.
