Through an in-depth interview process - with both the nanny and the family - we match you with someone who fits your family's needs and lifestyle. Our service works on a one time placement fee basis so you can focus on finding the right match without the stress of ongoing costs. Once your introduction is made, the relationship is yours to grow.

Nestled operates on a one time finders fee basis for being matched with your nanny. The finders fee is different for each family, as each family has a different requirement for their needs. For more information on payment please visit our contact page and someone will reach out to you in order to receive a quote for the finders fee. Some things to remember regarding payment is- - Families will not be billed the finders fee unless you have been matched with a nanny. - A portion of your finders fee goes towards paying for back ground checks, CPR certifications, and educational learning so all of our nannies are qualified, and can perform the best at their jobs. - Nestled does not pay nannies directly. Families pay nannies their hourly rate. The finders fee is a secure payment for a qualified, safe, and compassionate nanny. - Our finders fee typically ranges anywhere from 200-500 depending on the times of care you need, amount of children you need care for, and the length of the position. - Our nannies vary on experience, speciality in age ranges, and availability. Our nannies typically make anywhere from $17-$30 dollars an hour. Nestled sees and appreciates working parents and the time they spend towards their profession. We offer a 20% off discount to healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, and government employees.

Nestled's Process
Each family will fill out an application found on our contact page, and will specify what they are looking for in a nanny. Within 3-5 days you will be contacted to schedule a call to speak about any other concerns, questions, and to get a time frame for a nanny. Currently we are expecting our match process to take around 2 weeks. If we have a nanny that matches your families preferences, we get you in contact with your nanny and schedule either an in-person meeting day, or trial period. Once you feel as though you have found the right person, there is a one-time finder's fee that gets paid. From there on it's up to the family and nanny to communicate all other subjects regarding the work dynamic and relationship. After your match is made and finalized, we still are here to support you in any way you may need. ​
