Nestled is a care service that helps you find your perfect nanny. Through an in-depth interview process - with both the nanny and the family - we match you with someone who fits your family's needs and lifestyle. Our service works on a one time placement fee basis so you can focus on finding the right match without the stress of ongoing costs. Once your introduction is made, the relationship is yours to grow.

How the Process Works

Each family will fill out an application found on our contact page, and will specify what they are looking for in a nanny. Within 3-5 days you will be contacted to schedule a call to speak about any other concerns, questions, and to get a time frame for a nanny. Currently we are expecting our match process to take around 2 weeks. You will be able to view our nannies under our nanny tab. We encourage you to mention anyone who stands out. Once you are matched, we get you in contact with your nanny and schedule either an in-person meeting day, or trial period.

Once you feel as though you have found the right person, there is a one-time finder's fee that gets paid. From there on it's up to the family and nanny to communicate all other subjects regarding the work dynamic and relationship. After your match is made and finalized, we still are here to support you in any way you made need.
